Our recommended product lines include the AMSCO Artisan Series, Andersen 100 Series, Andersen E-Series, Sierra Pacific H3, and Sierra Pacific Aspen Collection. Each product line is designed to meet specific aesthetic and functional needs. We also work with multiple other manufacturers, so if you don’t find a Sierra Pacific, Andersen, or AMSCO product you like, that's no problem—we’ve got you covered!
How does the installation process work?
On installation day we ask that you have an area cleared at least 5 feet around your windows. We also ask that you remove any shutters or blinds that you may have. Our installers will lay down drop cloths to catch any material that falls to the floor during the process of removing the old window. We expect to install 5-6 windows and 1-2 doors per day. Be sure to ask your consultant for additional details.
How long does installing new windows or doors typically take?
The duration of an installation can vary depending on the number and type of windows or doors. We aim to install six windows a day or two doors. Most installations are completed within a day, although larger projects will take longer. We work efficiently but we do not hold our installers to a quote and we will not cut corners.
Are there financing options available?
Yes, Avenues Window offers various financing options to make your window and door replacement project more manageable financially. You can choose the best financing plan during your in-home consultation.
What warranties do Avenues Window provide on windows and doors?
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. You will be provided with warranty information during your in-home consultation. Avenues also provides a 10-year installation warranty, which is among the best in the industry (and almost certainly overkill.)
Can new windows and doors really help reduce my energy bills?
Absolutely! Our energy-efficient windows and doors from Sierra Pacific, Andersen, and AMSCO are designed to provide excellent thermal insulation, reducing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. Our glass blocks 99% of heat, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Ask your representative to see a heat lamp demonstration.
